In November of 1993, Delta added the support of Dunham Analytical Consulting Inc. to its service portfolio. Dr. David Dunham Ph.D., the founder of the company, has an extensive background in chemistry and chromatography including 13 years with Varian Associates. Dave brings to Delta the ability to provide application support, training and methods development.
In May of 1994, we added the support of Calibration Consultants. Calibration Consultants and its owner, Darrell Klein, added unequaled expertise in the field of metrology to Delta's portfolio. With Calibration Consultants, Delta can now offer calibration and validation of laboratory instrumentation such as balances, pipettes, ovens, centrifuges, environmental chambers, etc.
In November 1994, Northern Balance & Scale (NBS) added its multi-faceted organization to Delta's network of service providers. NBS offers calibrations and repairs of laboratory balances, ph meters and microscopes. All preventative maintenance and calibrations are done on site and fill the requirements of ISO 9000.
In April 1999, Delta entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement with Support Providers Incorporated (SPI). SPI brings mass spec services on a national basis to Delta Technical Products Company. By providing multi-vendor services, Delta and SPI are a one stop shop for all chromatography service needs. Together, Delta and SPI, have 19 service representatives available to cover all aspects of chromatography service.
