Preventative Maintenance (PM) Agreements

For years of dependable instrument performance, select a Preventative Maintenance (PM) agreement that provides regular maintenance and routine inspections on a scheduled basis. Studies show that a scheduled maintenance plan will reduce your repair costs and increase your uptime. Your lab instrumentation will receive a periodic inspection, inspecting and replacing all high failure items. All PM visits are documented as required by certifying and regulatory agencies.

Total Service Agreements

Total Service Agreements provide comprehensive service protection. The Total Service Agreement provides the benefits of preventative maintenance and unlimited service combined into a single package. This on-site agreement includes all travel, labor and most parts including wetted parts and source lamps. The Total Service Agreement is the most basic, all inclusive economical plan available. Attractive multiple instrument discounts also apply to this plan.

Delta 60/90 “CAP” Service Agreement

Delta’s innovative 60/90 “CAP” Service Agreement is a new concept with you, the customer, in mind. The 60/90 “CAP” agreement provides a win-win situation for both you, as the customer, and Delta. Delta determines the cost “CAP” amount, much like the Total Service Agreement, at Delta’s already reduced contract prices. The customer pays, up-front, 60% of this “CAP” amount. Delta then provides full service and bills for time and materials, at Delta’s already reduced hourly rates, against the up-front amount. If the up-front amount is never exceeded for the agreement term, a 40% savings is realized. If for some reason the up-front amount is exceeded, monthly billing for services rendered begins, not to exceed 90% of the cost “CAP” amount. This guarantees a minimum savings of 10%. The overall savings could fall between 10% and 40%. As this is a discounted plan in itself, multiple instrument discounts do not apply.

Asset Management Agreements

This premier agreement provides blanket coverage for all your laboratory instruments. One purchase order is all that is needed to perform a variety of services on your laboratory instrumentation. An asset management fee is assessed on each piece of equipment. Then, a network of the highest quality service providers is dispatched and scheduled as needed.
