Compliance Programs

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration defines validation as “establishing documented evidence which provides a high degree of assurance that a specific process will consistently produce a product meeting its predetermined specification and quality attributes”.

To assist our customers in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and our ongoing commitment to quality customer support, Delta is proud to offer its instrument compliance programs. These programs include Performance Verification (PV) Procedures and Maintenance Qualification (MQ) Procedures.

These procedures are consistent with industry trade practices and standards (NIST). Trained Customer Service Representatives following specific procedures for each instrument administer the Delta Compliance Programs. Written documentation is retained with the instrument and is available for audit purposes.
