Relocation Services
The Delta Laboratory Relocation
Program was designed for those regulated laboratories that may relocate
their lab instruments from one location to another. This program
provides all the necessary services and documentation required by any
regulatory agency. Our qualified team of relocation representatives will
meet any timeline that you may have especially in a QC environment.
The first step to any relocation is pre-verifying the instrumentation to
assure that it meets specifications and establishes an “as found”
point of reference. Depending what your particular requirements are, the
Delta Relocation representative will first perform either a Delta
Maintenance Qualification or Performance Verification. After completion
of the MQ or PV, the representative will prepare the instrument for
shipping or moving. Services, such as securing and labeling all cables
and securing all optical benches or moving parts, are part of this
service.
Once the instrument has been relocated or moved, our team will come in
and set up the instrument and prepare for the post move
re-certification. Again, we will perform an MQ or PV after the move to
assure that the instrument is still within compliance and nothing has
changed. These services are fully documented and ready for audit
purposes.
